Symptoms

1. You attempt to install Acronis True Image Home 2012 over Acronis True Image Home 2011 or Acronis True Image Home 2010;
2. The installation fails.

Cause

Depending on the system configuration, there could be several causes.

Click the question mark at the top right and select "Upgrade to full version"

Start the installation, enter the serial number and follow the wizard. The product will automatically activated and tied to your machine
