How to replace serial number

License server is not accessible or the license is already in use

Check the license key and connection to the remote Acronis License Server

This is a known issue. Because there is no progress bar, it appear that the installation hangs when there is a considerable number of licenses to validate. The installation does not hang, however, it only does not show the progress bar

As a workaround, install Acronis vmProtect 6 as a Virtual Appliance

Make sure that correct license is available on Acronis License Server
