This has already been fixed. The fix will be available in the next officially released build of the product

The recommended way of using Acronis Universal Restore to migrate Active Directory with Domain Controller to a new machine with dissimilar hardware
Changing RAID configuration (e.g. RAID-1 to RAID-5) without changing RAID controller does not require using Acronis Universal Restore
Update the machine's BIOS to resolve the issue
The reason is that the backup was created with disabled VSS support

The necessary drivers for this new controller were not added in the current version of Acronis products
The driver does not work with customized Linux kernel, which is used in Acronis products. This is applies to all Promise FastTrak controllers that have Vendor ID 0x105a
If Primary Domain Controller of Windows 2000/2003 Active Directory goes down and Backup Domain controller automatically takes over, then Active Directory will be out of Sync after Primary Domain Controller is restored from a backup
