The target machine is offline (turned off)

This issue affects only some Windows 7 systems. Download and run the fix

You can back up a disks or volumes in Windows, and restore disks from Acronis Bootable Media or volumes in Windows. The "Clone" operation is not supported

While trying to sync a local folder and a Windows share, the new created sync box disappears from the sync list in a few seconds after creation. Restart Windows or recreate the share

Download an install the latest version of Windows Installer on the target machine

This message is generated in the application log on every attempt to check for updates from Acronis True Image Home 2011

The user should be Administrator with the "Log on locally", "Access this computer from the network" and "Log on as a batch job" privileges

The credentials for Virtual Appliance-based installation are root:root. For Windows-based they are the ones of Administrator account of the machine with the Acronis Agent installed
