As a workaround, restart the Acronis Management Server Service

Make sure the device to which you are doing Acronis Nonstop Backup is plugged in

How to create a deployment task

All deployment templates are saved on Acronis Snap Deploy 4 OS Deploy Server. You can use a saved template in the future

Make sure you have Windows AIK installed, and then build WinPE with the Acronis plug-in from Acronis Media Builder

In Acronis Management Console click Tools -> Create bootable media

You will need Acronis Bootable Media with the Acronis Snap Deploy 4 Master Image Creator component

Install Acronis Agent on the remote machine, connect to it, create a master image

Run the  installed Acronis Bootable Media Builder and create Acronis Bootable Media

The Acronis Scheduler services and/or process malfunction
