登録に関する電子メールまたはパスワードをお忘れになった場合、次の情報をお持ちであれば、アクロニス カスタマーサービスにお問い合わせいただくことなく情報を取得いただけます。

• これまでに登録したシリアル番号のいずれか １ つ

  または

• シリアル番号とそれに対応する注文 ID。

シリアル番号のみを入力した場合、そのシリアル番号に登録された電子メールアドレスに、ログイン情報が自動的に送信されます。

アクロニスの Web サイトでアカウントを作成し、購入した製品を登録すると、インストールファイル、アップデート、およびプラグイン/アドオンなどをダウンロードしたり、アップデートや特別割引に関する電子メール通知を受けたりすることができます。
