The recommendation is to use Virtual Appliance instead of Windows Agent
This is an issue with the Windows installer
As a workaround, use an existing user that is part of the "Backup operators" group
Make sure you have both Acronis True Image Home 2012 Upgrade serial number and a serial number from a previous version of Acronis True Image Home
Install "Components for Remote Installation"
Create a new user account manually and specify it as Acronis Management Server Service user during installation
Uninstall the product and reattempt installation
The target machine is offline (turned off)
Modify a registry key to resolve the issue
Collect the log and send it to Acronis Customer Central for investigation
