This is a known issue. Because there is no progress bar, it appear that the installation hangs when there is a considerable number of licenses to validate. The installation does not hang, however, it only does not show the progress bar

The issue may be due to particular software/hardware configuration
When saving an archive to Backup Location the progress bar halts at 100% and nothing happens. There is a progress going on, you just need to wait until it is over
