Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 supports most of the popular storage media and devices

Description

It is recommended to store backups to either a secondary local hard disk, an external USB disk, or a network share. Additionally Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 supports the following storage devices and media:

  • Hard disk drives (including dynamic/LDM disks)
  • Windows Shares
  • Other networked storage devices
  • FTP servers
  • CD-R(W)
  • DVD-RW, DVD+R(W)
  • Blu-ray Discs
  • REV drives
  • ZIP, and other removable media
  • P-ATA (IDE), S-ATA, SCSI, Serial attached SCSI (SAS), IEEE1394 (Firewire) and USB 1.1 / 2.0 drives, PC card storage devices.
