Symptoms

1. You have Acronis True Image Echo License Server installed on the machine;
2. On the same machine, you install Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Management Console;
3. Then you uninstall Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Management Console;
4. Acronis True Image Echo License Server fails to start.

Cause

Uninstallation of Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Management Console deletes components of Acronis True Image Echo License Server.

Solution

• Uninstall Acronis True Image Echo License Server through Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs (or Programs and Features);
• Install Acronis True Image Echo License Server again.
