Restart the machine to solve the issue

Symptoms

  1. Using Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 you convert a disk or volume backup to a Parallels virtual machine (.pvs);
  2. On the first boot of the converted Parallels virtual machine, mouse does not work.

Cause

Mouse drivers are not automatically installed during the conversion.

Solution

Restart the machine. Mouse drivers will be automatically installed on the reboot.
