Acronis Storage Node can process 10 simultaneous requests and 50 simultaneous connections

Description

Acronis Storage Node has the following limitations:

  • A maximum of 10 simultaneous requests can be processed. A request here is a backup or restore operation. For example, if Acronis Storage Node is simultaneously processing 10 backup operations, additional operations that exceed this limit will be queued and processed once there is a free spot.
  • A maximum of 50 simultaneous connections is allowed. A connection here is a state of being connected to Acronis Storage Node to retrieve some information from it. For example, if 50 machines with Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 connect to Acronis Storage Node at the same time to retrieve information about available free space on managed vaults or get the list of backup archives, no additional connections will be possible until one of the machines disconnects.
  • Acronis Backup & Recovery 10: Acronis Storage Node Does Not Support Swapped Drives.

More information

The limitation of 10 simultaneous requests is set not to overload the network.
