Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 accesses Acronis Secure Zone in exclusive mode. Only one operation at a time is possible with an archive in Acronis Secure Zone
Symptoms
- Using Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 you back up to Acronis Secure Zone or restore from it;
- While the backup/restore operation is running, it is impossible to view the task properties. Trying to perform any operation with any backup archive will fail:
Cause
Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 can access Acronis Secure Zone in exclusive mode only. Only one operation at a time can run with an archive in Acronis Secure Zone. No simultaneous operations are possible.
Solution
This has been fixed. The fix is available in the latest released build of Acronis Backup & Recovery 10.
