Acronis Recovery for MS SQL Server is not a cluster-aware product.

Operation of Acronis Recovery for MS SQL Server in Microsoft SQL Cluster Configurations is not supported.

The support of Cluster Configurations is planned to be introduced in next version of Acronis Recovery for MS SQL Server.
