How to receive an upgrade license for Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 provided that you have a respective support option

Introduction

(!) Please note that you can upgrade to Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 only from Acronis True Image Echo or Acronis True Image 9.1 products. See also Upgrade notes at http://www.acronis.com/backup-recovery/choose-backup-recovery.html or Acronis Software Upgrade Table.

You can receive free upgrade licenses to Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 if you have any of the following:

If you do not have a valid support program, you can purchase upgrade licenses for Acronis Backup & Recovery 10.

Solution

  1. Log in to your account;

  2. Make sure all Acronis True Image Echo Serial Numbers are registered under your account;

  3. Switch to My Products & Downloads in the upper left-hand corner of the page;

    1. Click on the Upgrades tab:

  4. Click on the product name. A pop-up window will appear:

    • If you have a valid Acronis Advantage Standard/Premier support program, you will see the "Get free upgrade" button. Press it and Upgrade Serial Numbers will get automatically registered under your account and will also be sent to your mailbox.

    • If you have a valid AMPS support license, you will be able to get as many free Upgrade Serial Numbers as your AMPS license covers.

    • If you have purchased renewal of AMPS or Acronis Advantage support program then you can get Upgrade Serial Numbers by entering the purchase confirmation information:

      • Order ID - depending on the way you purchased your product you should enter either Order ID or Invoice ID or License Certificate Number or Reference Number

      • Billing Email - E-mail Address you used to place the purchase order.

    • If you do not have valid support programs, you can always purchase Upgrade licenses in Acronis Online Store:
