You need to have Order ID and a serial number to retrieve the registration E-mail

Description

You can retrieve a forgotten registration E-mail or password without contacting Acronis Customer Central if you have the following information:

• One of the serial numbers you registered before;

  OR

• Both the serial number and the matching order ID.

If you enter only a serial number, then the login information will be automatically sent to the E-mail address the serial number is registered to.

If you enter both the serial number and the matching order ID, the registration E-mail will be displayed.
