You need to have Order ID and a serial number to retrieve the registration E-mail

Description

You can retrieve a forgotten registration E-mail without contacting Acronis Customer Central if you have the following information:

• One of the serial numbers you registered before;
• Order ID of one of the orders you placed before

OR

• Order ID of one of the orders you placed before and a serial number purchased by this order.

(!) The order E-mail and account E-mail should be the same.

To get the registration E-mail retrieved the please click "Forgot registration e-mail?" link at the Acronis web site login page. This link directs to a page where you can enter the Order ID and serial number.

If a match is found, then you will be directed to a page that contains your registration E-mail.

Login Information Retrieval

Thank you! We have successfully verified your order ID and the product serial number you provided. Your account registration email is name@example.com. You may use this to log into your account.

If you do not remember you password, please follow this link and use your account registration E-mail to retrieve your password.

If no match found, then the information you have specifed will be submitted to Acronis Customer Central and one of the Acronis support professionals will contact you.
