Acronis Agent for ESX/ESXi installs on VMware ESX. All virtual machines can then be managed from Acronis Management Console connected to the installed Acronis Agent for ESX/ESXi

Description

Acronis Agent for ESX/ESXi protects virtual machines residing on a VMware ESX or ESXi virtualization server. Acronis Agent for ESX/ESXi allows to back up virtual machines from the host without having to install agents on each virtual machine.

Acronis Agent for ESX/ESXi can be installed on and supports VMware ESX Infrastructure 3.5 Update 2, up to version 4.1. Acronis Agent for ESX/ESXi is delivered as a virtual appliance.

(!) Acronis Agent for ESX/ESXi is only available in Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Advanced Server - Virtual Edition.
