
Acronis provides support for technical issues with trial versions during the trial period
Introduction
Acronis Customer Central provides support for registered trial versions during the trial period (see Trial Version Limitations of Acronis Products). You are only required to register your trial installation with Acronis to receive technical support.
Solution
SMB and Enterprise Products

Apply for a trial version at:
(!) If you do not have an account, you will need to create one.
(!) After you fill out the trial form, you will receive a trial serial number that you will need to register under your account at the Acronis website. You need to register the serial number to be able to get support during the trial period. See also Registering Acronis Products at the Website.

At the Acronis Customer Central page in the third column select I am using trial version:

Download the product you would like to try at:

When installing the trial version, you will be asked to provide valid registration information. This means that you will need to provide your contact information, and an account at the Acronis website will automatically be created for you (if you do not have one). A follow-up E-mail with the registration information will also be sent to the provided E-mail address.

At the Acronis Customer Central in the third column select I am using trial version:
(!) If the installation of the trial version fails and as a result no registration data is submitted to Acronis, please contact Acronis Customer Central via Pre-Sales chat, where no registration is necessary. Click Acronis Customer Central and select Presales/Licensing Questions.
