Acronis provides support for technical issues with trial versions during the trial period of 15 days
Acronis Customer Central provides support for registered trial versions during the trial period (see Trial Version Limitations of Acronis Products). You are only required to register your trial installation with Acronis to receive technical support.

At the Acronis Customer Central page select Start here -> Technical issue with the product -> I am using a trial version of the product.
Home and Home Office Products
Download the product you would like to try at:
When installing the trial version, you will be asked to provide valid registration information;
At the Acronis Customer Central page select Start here -> Technical issue with the product -> I am using a trial version of the product.
