Description
Acronis True Image Home 2012 synchronization uses the following hostname:
orders.acronis.com
The port is chosen at random.
The following service should be added to Firewall exceptions:
Acronis Sync Agent Service
In default Windows Firewall these are:

Control Panel -> Windows Firewall -> Exceptions

Control Panel -> System and Security -> Windows Firewall -> Allowed Programs
|
If you have Firewall software other than the default Windows one, please add the following file to the exceptions:
- Windows 32 Bit: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Acronis\SyncAgent\syncagentsrv.exe
- Windows 64 Bit: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Acronis\SyncAgent\syncagentsrv.exe

- Hit Start-Run
- Type in cmd
- Type in tracert orders.acronis.com and hit Enter
