Symptoms

  1. You run Acronis Media Builder and try to create bootable media.
  2. Operation fails with the following error:

    Cannot load required components. Please reinstall Acronis True Image Home.

Cause

Issue in the product.

Solution

(!) This has been fixed. The fix is available in the latest released build of the product. See Installation of the Latest Update of an Acronis Product.

To resolve the issue without installing the latest build, as a workaround, download the bootable media in ISO format from Acronis website: see Downloading Acronis Bootable Media.

Burn the ISO image onto any kind of recordable CD or DVD by using a third-party tool: see also Burning an ISO Image.

Acronis Development Team is working on fixing this issue. The issue is expected to be fixed in the next publicly available build of the product. This article will be updated when the issue is fixed.
