Symptoms
- You launch Acronis True Image Home 2012;
- An error pops up at the bottom of the window:
Unknown error occured while connecting to Acronis Online Storage
Cause
Acronis True Image Home 2012 still tries to connect to Acronis Online Storage even if there is no Acronis True Image Online subscription activated on the account.
Solution
(!) This has been fixed. The fix is available in the latest released build of the product. See Installation of the Latest Update of an Acronis Product.
If you cannot install the latest build for some reason, this error can be safely ignored.
