Network cannot be accessed from a machine booted from Acronis Bootable Media

Symptoms

When booted from Acronis Bootable Media, machine receives IP address successfully, but cannot access network. Trying to ping the machine is to no result.

This applies only to Netelligent Integrated 10/100 TX UTP NICs (PCI ID 0e11:ae43).

Cause

This is an issue in the product.

Solution

This has been fixed and the fix is available in the latest builds of Acronis products.
