This has been fixed. Upgrade to Acronis vmProtect 7

Symptoms

  1. You set up E-mail notifications with TLS encryption:

  2. The E-mail notifications fail.

Cause

This is a known issue that has been fixed.

Solution

Please upgrade to Acronis vmProtect 7. See Upgrading to Acronis vmProtect 7.
