This is a known compatibility issue. Malwarebytes Anti-Malware blocks Acronis True Image Home 2012

This article applies to:

• Acronis True Image Home 2012

Symptoms

1. You have sync enabled on two or more machines;
2. You install Malwarebytes Anti-Malware on at least one of the machines;
3. The sync stops working. No files are transferred between the machines.

Cause

This is a known compatibility issue.

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware blocks the synchronization.

Solution

As a workaround, disable Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.
