• Acronis True Image Home 2012

Symptoms

1. In Acronis True Image Home 2012, you select Tools and utilities -> System Clean-up;
2. You deselect all components except for a non-system partition:

   

3. You start the clean-up, but it hangs:

   

Cause

This is a known issue.

Solution

This is a sporadic issue. If you encounter it, please reattempt the clean-up.
