- Acronis True Image Home 2012
Symptoms
- You create file backup and specify to create reserve copies of the backup in ZIP format. You also activate backup splitting. As a result, backup reserve copy is split into several ZIP archives.
- You delete the created reserved copy via Acronis True Image Home 2012 user interface using the Delete button:
- In the backup location, of several ZIP archives into which the backup reserved copy was split, only the first ZIP file is deleted. The other files from backup reserve copy remain on the disk.
Cause
Issue in the product.
Solution
(!) This has been fixed. The fix is available in the latest released build of the product. See Installation of the Latest Update of an Acronis Product.
To resolve the issue without installing the latest build, as a workaround, delete the remaining ZIP archives manually in Windows Explorer.
