This article applies to:

• Acronis Backup & Recovery 11

Symptoms

1. You have a bundled license for Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 with Acronis Universal Restore;
2. When installing the product, you enter the serial number and it prompts for Acronis Universal Restore serial key:

   

Cause

This is a false GUI prompt.

Solution

If you enter a bundled serial key that is both for Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 and Acronis Universal Restore, ignore the Acronis Universal Restore prompt and click Next:
