This is a known issue

This article applies to:

  • Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 Server for Linux
  • Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 Advanced Server

Symptoms

  1. In Linux, you create a disk backup containing more than one partition;
  2. You try to mount two or more partitions from this backup using Mount image function;
  3. Mount operation fails with empty error message.

Cause

Issue in the product.

Solution

As a workaround, mount only one partition from the backup.

Acronis Development Team is working on fixing this issue.
