As a workaround, use mouse to boot into the full environment

This article applies to:

• Acronis Backup & Recovery 11

Symptoms

1. You have a virtual machine in RHEV environment;
2. You boot this virtual machine from Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 Bootable Media;
3. On the boot menu the keyboard does not work.

Cause

This is a known issue with Acronis Bootable Media in RHEV environment.

Solution

As a workaround, use mouse to select boot menu items.

The keyboard will work once you boot into the full environment to perform backup or recovery or other operations.
