Symptoms
- On a machine with GPT disks, you activate Acronis Startup Recovery Manager:
- After activating, on a reboot, you attempt to load the machine. The operation hangs on Acronis Loader....
Cause
Currently Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 Startup Recovery Manager does not support GPT disks.
Solution
As a workaround, use Acronis Bootable Media. See Acronis Backup & Recovery 11: Creating Acronis Bootable Media.
