Acronis License Server is installed in C:\Program Files\Acronis\LicenseServer

Symptoms

  1. When installing Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 License Server, you provide a custom path:

  2. The Acronis License Server is installed in the default folder:
    • Windows 32 bit: C:\Program Files\Acronis
    • Windows 64 bit: C:\Program Files (x86)\Acronis

Cause

Acronis License Server can only be installed in the default folder,

Solution

Acronis License Server is always installed in the following default folder:

  • Windows 32 bit: C:\Program Files\Acronis
  • Windows 64 bit: C:\Program Files (x86)\Acronis
