You are entitled to receive an upgrade to Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 if you have a valid Acronis Advantage subscription

Description

The official release date for Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 is 21 June 2011.

If you have a valid Acronis Advantage Premier/Acronis Advantage Standard subscription for your Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 product, you are eligible for upgrade to Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.

How to check whether you have a valid subscription:

  1. Log in into your account on Acronis website;
  2. Go to My Products & Downloads page;
  3. Select your Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 product, select Support tab (you may need to press "+" to see all tabs) and check support program expiration date:

    If you have an active support program, you are eligible for upgrade to Acronis Backup & Recovery 11. See Acronis Backup & Recovery 11: Downloading Product Upgrade within Subscription Period.

    If support program is already expired, upgrade is not available.

    To purchase renewal for expired support program please fill in Maintenance Form or contact your reseller.
