This article applies to:

• Acronis True Image Home 2011
• Acronis True Image Home 2010 Online Backup (Standalone)

Symptoms

1. Your Acronis Online Backup subscription is about to expire (15 days or less until the end of subscription period);
2. In the Online Backup module of the program, you see the following warning:

   Trial period expires in X days

   where X is the number of days until Acronis Online Backup subscription expires:

   

Cause

This is a Graphical User Interface (GUI) issue. The correct warning should be:

Your subscription period expires in X days

Solution

If you have a valid Acronis Online Backup subscription, this GUI issue can be safely ignored. The message shows how many days remain until the subscription ends.
