Acronis Customer Central provides support for the current and immediate previous versions of Acronis products through Acronis Knowledge Base, Acronis Support Forum, E-Mail, Live Chat or Phone. Please see Customer Service & Support.
(!) Support for other Acronis products (i.e. older than the immediate previous version) is provided only through Acronis Knowledge Base and Acronis Support Forum. Acronis only provides best-effort support for older products.

The recommendation is to upgrade to the current version of an Acronis product.
