How to convert a trial subscription of Acronis Backup & Recovery Online into the full one

Introduction

If you have a trial subscription assigned to a particular machine, in order to activate the full subscription you need to log in to your account on Acronis website and assign the full subscription to the selected machine on the web site before using Acronis Backup & Recovery Online.

Solution

To convert the trial subscription to the full Acronis Backup & Recovery Online subscription do the following:

1. Log into your account on Acronis website;
2. Register the serial number for your Acronis Backup & Recovery Online on Product Registration page. After registration, the subscription will appear on My Products and Downloads page:

   

3. Go to the Online Backup for Business page. Your full Acronis Backup & Recovery Online subscriptions will be visible under Available subscriptions:

   

4. In the Activated subscriptions/Assigned section, locate the machine on which you want to activate the full subscription and press Renew:

   

5. Check Acronis Backup & Recovery Online subscription on the machine in question. The subscription on the machine will be updated from trial to full automatically.
