
How to change the registration e-mail on Acronis website
Introduction
If you changed your e-mail address, you can change your registration e-mail at the Acronis website.
(!) You can only change your registration e-mail if the new e-mail has never been registered at the Acronis website.
Solution
- Log in to your account at the Acronis website:

(!) If you don't remember your registration e-mail, you can use a special form to retrieve a forgotten registration E-mail or password
- Go to Personal Profile page and click on Change E-mail:

- On Change Registration E-mail page submit the new e-mail address and current password for the account, then press Save changes:

- A confirmation letter will be sent to the new e-mail:

Confirmation e-mail contents are similar to the following:
Subject: Acronis: Please confirm the change of your registration email
From: noreply@acronis.com
Hello <Customer Name>!
You requested to change you registered email from <current e-mail address> to <new e-mail address>. To confirm the change of email, please click here: <confirmation link>
(!) If you cannot find the confirmation e-mail in your inbox, please check spam/junk mail folder as well.
- Click on the confirmation link. You will be logged into the Acronis website automatically and you will see a confirmation message:
Your new login is <new e-mail address>

(!) It is not possible to transfer registered products from one account to another. If you want to transfer registered products between two accounts, please contact Acronis Customer Central.
