Acronis License Server does not support Windows XP Home and Windows Vista Home (Basic and Premium)

Description

Acronis License Server supports the following operating systems:

  • Windows 2000 Professional SP4
  • Windows XP Professional SP2, SP3
  • Windows 2000 Server
  • Windows 2000 Advanced Server
  • Windows Server 2003
  • Windows XP Professional x64 Edition
  • Windows Server 2003 x64 Edition
  • Windows Vista (Business, Enterprise, Ultimate)
  • Windows Vista x64 Edition (Business, Enterprise, Ultimate)
  • Windows Server 2008 (all editions)
  • Windows 7 (Professional, Enterprise, Ultimate)

Acronis License Server does not support Windows XP Home, since simple file sharing is always enabled there.

Acronis License Server does not support Windows Vista Home (Basic and Premium), since Windows authentication is unavailable there.

Acronis License Server does not support Windows 7 Starter, Windows 7 Home Basic, Windows 7 Home Premium.
