This is a known product limitation

This article applies to:

  • Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Online

Description

  1. You have data backed up to Acronis Online Storage;
  2. When viewing the vault with the data on Acronis Online Storage, the product does show the following information:
    • Occupied space
    • Total ratio
    • Compression ratio

This is a known limitation. These fields are not applicable to the data stored in Acronis Online Storage.
