There are several ways to find out where your Acronis Maintenance and Prioriry Support (AMPS) license is. This depends on the purchase place.
The invoice and/or purchase confirmation letter contains all of your purchase information including the names of the purchased items along with their serial numbers. The AMPS license name starts with the Product name and ends with the word Maintenance (e.g: Acronis True Image Echo Enterprise Server]] Maintenance).
