This is a known issue with the third party software used in Acronis True Image Home

This article applies to:

  • Acronis True Image Home 2011
  • Acronis True Image Home 2012

Symptoms

  1. You are operating Acronis True Image Home with a Wacom tablet;
  2. The Acronis True Image Home user interface fails to respond to mouse clicks.

Cause

This is a known issue with the third party software used in Acronis True Image Home.

The module that malfunctions with Wacom tablets is Qt - see Qt UI Framework.

Solution

As a workaround, you can use a non-Wacom mouse.
