How to proceed if you accidentally have ordered a wrong product at the Acronis Online Store

Introduction

You have ordered a wrong product at the Acronis Online Store by mistake and do not know how to proceed to reclaim the situation.

Solution

Please contact Acronis Customer Central and describe the situation with submission of you purchase confirmation or invoice, including the name of the product that you wanted to buy.

  • If the products are equal in price, you will be advised to pay Service Handling Fee and new serial number and download link shall be issued. See also Service Handling Fee.
  • If prices of the two products are not equal, Acronis Support Professional will inform you on what needs to be done to rectify the situation.

More information

Even if this is the wrong product that you have purchased we recommend you to register the serial number that you were given for it at Products Registration page of your Account at the official Acronis Web site. This procedure will surely speed up processing of your request.
