Backup DVD is an additional option that offers physical shipment of the installation file on a DVD

(!) Backup DVD is not available for Acronis Corporate products.

Description

Acronis software purchased on Acronis website is delivered as electronic download: after purchase you will receive an e-mail from online store with product serial number and a download link.

If you want to have a backup copy of the installation file, you can order a Backup DVD to be delivered by postal mail:

Backup DVD contains installation files and serial numbers for the ordered products.

(!) The Backup DVD is not bootable.

It is recommended to register your product on Acronis website after purchase. If your product is registered, you can always download the installation file again. See Registering Acronis Products at the Website and Downloading an Installation File of Acronis Software.
