This article applies to:

• Acronis Disk Director 11 Home

Symptoms

1. You try to perform an operation with a partition;
2. When you right-click on a partition, you see an error  message:

   An internal error has occurred. Check the event log for more information

   

3. Operation log contains error messages similar to the following ones:

   Error code: 20
   Module: 149

   Message: Applying has failed.

   Message: The operation is not supported.

Cause

Issue in the product.

Solution

Download and install the updated version that includes the fix:
