The issue is with the User Account Control turned on

Symptoms

You have the Try&Decide mode running;
When you right-click on the Try&Decide icon on the Windows toolbar, the options are grayed out:

Cause

This is a known issue.

Windows User Account Control (UAC) does not allow execution of the options.

Solution

There are two possible workarounds:

Disable UAC (involves machine reboot):

Windows Vista

Click Start -> Control panel:
Click User Accounts:
Click User Accounts again:
Click Turn User Account Control on or off:
Uncheck the box and click OK:
Reboot the machine:

Windows 7

Click Start and type in user account control. Select Change User Account Control settings:
Drag the bar down to Never notify:
Reboot the machine.

Or operate Try&Decide from the product user interface:

Start the product and click Try&Decide:
Click Try & Decide is on:
Select the necessary action:
