The credentials under which you schedule an Acronis One-Click Backup task in Acronis True Image Home 2010 are your user name and password that you use to log into your Windows system:

(!) Please note that the user name as displayed in Windows may not be the same as it is recognized by Windows. To find out the real user name, please do the following:

• Hit Start-Run and type in compmgmt.msc

  

• Check the user name as it is shown on Local users and Groups -> Users:

  

(!) If you do not have a password, you do not need to provide a password when scheduling a task, but you still need to provide your user name. The user name is usually provided automatically by the product:

It can be in the form of COMPUTERNAME\Username or just Username:

1. Click Tools & Utilities -> One-Click Backup:

   

2. Click the blue link under Schedule:

   

3. Set the correct credentials:

   

   (!) If you do not have a password, leave the Password field blank.

1. Click Tasks & Log;
2. Right-click on the task and select Delete:

   

1. Click Tools & Utilities -> One-Click Backup:

   

2. Click Proceed to run the task immediately or click the blue link under Schedule to schedule the task:

   

3. Schedule the task and enter your Windows credentials (see above on how to identify your Windows credentials):
