Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Online: Installation

Run the Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Build 12457 or higher to install Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Online

Installation on a clean system (no Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 pre-installed):

If you have an advanced edition, install Acronis License Server:

(!) If you are installing the product in the Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Online mode only, there is no need to install Acronis License Server.
Run the installation file and select Install Acronis Backup & Recovery 10:

Advanced Standalone
On the Installation set screen select one of the two options:
- Fully-functional Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 - Install the product with all the options you have a license for. This will also include the free Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Online installation;
- Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 for online backup only - Install only Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Online. This will install the full product, but you will only be able to use the online backup and online restore functionality. You will later be able to switch the product into fully functional mode (i.e. to manage both and online backups) by entering a license(s). If you are installing an advanced edition, select the necessary components:

To have the online backup capability, make sure the Agent for Windows and Management Console are checked.

In the standalone edition, the online backup capability will be installed by default.
Proceed with the installation as you normally would.
