Backing up E-mail messages, accounts and settings

Creating a quick E-mail backup:
Start the product and click E-mail backup :
Select the mail items you want to back up in the What to back up area:
Click Back up now :

Select the mail items you want to back up in the What to back up area:
You can select the following items:
Messages contained in .PST/.DBX Database Files
E-mail accounts
For Microsoft Office Outlook 2000, 2002, 2003, 2007, 2010
Mail Folders
Calendar
Contacts
Tasks
Notes
Signatures
News Folders
User Settings
Address Book
For Microsoft Outlook Express
Mail Folders
Address Book (select Windows Address Book )
(!) Acronis True Image Home does not support Unicode characters in the items backed up using the E-mail backup type.
Destination - select where to save the backup:
This is also where you can specify or customize the file name using variables:
You can also change the backup type (*.tib or *.zip):
To schedule backup creation, click Turn on next to Schedule :

Click Back up now to immediately run the backup or click the down arrow to postpone the backup:
Select Later if you would like to manually start the backup later or if you have scheduled the backup and would like the product to automatically start it in due time:
