Symptoms

Acronis Disk Director 11 Home does not show volume labels and file systems on offline dynamic disks:

Cause

This is a known issue.

Solution

As a workaround, view the volume label and file system of offline disks from the Windows Disk Management snap-in:

  1. Hit Start-Run and type in diskmgmt.msc
  2. View the offline disks in Windows Disk Management
